Problems building HEAD after latest changes

Hi Robert,

I'm trying to merge and compile latest changes from HEAD to nt branch, but
I have found something that seems wrong:

- In lib/Makefile.am I can see a reference to MemPool.cc, but in lib folder
there is only the old MemPool.c, it's the same renamed ?

- I cannot run configure on MinGW because lib/cppunit-1.10.0 it's not
bootstrapped.

- Again problems with C++ template:

Compiling...
Splay.cc
../../../include\splay.h(220) : error C2059: syntax error : ''template<''
../../../include\splay.h(221) : error C2065: 'V' : undeclared identifier
../../../include\splay.h(289) : error C2904: 'V' : template-name already
defined as 'int V'
../../../include\splay.h(293) : error C2143: syntax error : missing ';'
before '{'
../../../include\splay.h(293) : error C2447: missing function header
(old-style formal list?)
../../../include\splay.h(302) : error C2954: template definitions cannot nest

Regards

Guido
