the x-forwarded-for patch

I was wondering if the x-forwarded-for patch couldn't be reviewed and
merged into the default squid tree...=20 Patching release after release
for something that could be disabled from the configs if not wanted is
not nice... is this on squid-cvs or will it ever be?
