2.5.STABLE8-RC3 available

Buzy times these days and there is yet another 2.5.STABLE8 release
candidate.

Squid-2.5.STABLE8-RC3 (Release Candidate 3) is now available for testing,

    - WCCP buffer overflow
    - HTTP protocol security issue on oversized response headers
    - ERR_INVALID_RESP translated to several languages (many still missing)
    - Cache digests now working again
    - LDAP helper documentation updates / clarifications

There is some known minor issues, but I think these will have to wait as
these has been with us for ages:

    - httpd_accel_port 0 does not work properly in interception unless
      Squid is listening on the same ports. (*Bug #1193)
    - problems refreshing certain pages using Vary. (Bug #649)
    - diskd unstable (Bug #761)
    - cachemgr.cgi should have built-in access controls to prevent
      abuse (?Bug #1094)
