Some new issues did arise delaying 2.5.STABLE12 slightly, but now there is
a 2.5.STABLE12-RC2 (release candidate 2) rolled. Final 2.5.STABLE12
release expected in a few days.
Changes since 2.5.STABLE12-RC1:
+ - [Minor] Incorrect handling of squid-internal-dynamic/netdb exchanges
+ in transparently intercepting proxies (Bug #1410).
+ - [Minor] Cache revalidations on HEAD requests causing poor cache

The minor paches except for the CONNECT redirector patch is all regression
errors in earlier Squid-2.5 patches.
The CONNECT patch was such trivial that it made it into the release
anyway.
