Quite likely not. Have not been able to identify it yet, and since you
have confirmed the problem also being in 2.5.STABLE10 it is not a blocker
for the STABLE12 release.

But it would be nice if you filed a bug report, with the information
collected (versions, cachemgr output, netstats etc). Easier to keep track
of the information that way.
