What means the field <dynamic> in requested extensions
report that calamaris generate? Is it dynamic content
pages? I need it because I'm doing a comparison from a
squid log from the year 2000 with a recent log from
this year, and what I want to check is if the amount
of dynamic content pages has increased and what was
the impact of it on proxy cache effectiveness.
