pconn.h missing

I am currently using squid 3.0 20051030
I have come across a ddownload problem and was trying to
update to 3.0-PRE3-20051215 but have discoverewd that
pconn.h is missing and squid will not build.
I was trying to discover if the download bug is in the later
release or not.

pconn.h is also missing from 3.0-PRE3-20051214

The exact build error is -
