As I said, it's not WCCP problem. WCCP code in squid are just sending
out data via DGRAM socket. It's the kernel that actually adds all
nesessary headers to the data. And it's the kernel change which
introduced new behavior.

I think your old cache engine will send increasing IDs or pseudorandom
IDs over the wire.
