I have still to add all the Windows native helpers (basic, NTLM and
negotiate auth, and the external ACL for group checking) plus a lot
of documentation about the Cygwin port.

But the changes to comm_select.c for the pending connections support
seems to broke heavily the native Windows select() code in the nt branch.
Now I need to analyze again all the code, but in these days I'm very
busy, so I'dont know when I can do this .... :-(

Hoping to do it in the next weekend, but I'm not happy of this .... :-(
