Cleaning up local CVS tree

Hi

I'd checked out s26_logfile_daemon CVS branch and I'd
like to know if there's a way to clean up my local
tree after bootstrapping it in order to remove
Makefile.in, configure, etc... leaving my tree just
like when it was checked out.
