No, but it's something I'd like to see.. and also the full ERR_... names
on errors.

Having just TCP_DENIED/xxx or TCP_MISS/4xx is not very informative..

There is the Se code reserved for this purpose, or at least I think it
was reserved for that purposes.. For completeness I would add the
non-error status codes as well
(TCP_HIT,TCP_MISS,TCP_REFRESH_..,TCP_IMS_..) making it a viable
alternative to the "Squid status" Ss code for more detailed logging.
