store_copy changes done

I've finished the store_copy changes and removed all the storeClientCopy()
calls. The stuff to test is netdb, cache digest exchange and vary objects.
I haven't yet set everything up to test those.

I'll hold this stuff off and do some private testing until Squid-2.7 is
branched.
