NOTE for the OS maintainers;
from the 16 Dec daily snapshot --enable-ipv6 on OS which can take it
should not cause any problems running it without IPv6 access. Squid will
simply do a clean failover to IPv4 until IPv6 becomes available. etails
are all in the new release-notes pages
Any exceptions to this please contact squid-dev and/or file a bug
report. Thanks.

Its time for SSL-bump to begin its pre-merge checks. There are
likely to be a few merge conflicts from these needing work.
