Wow, trying to fix a Squid copyright issue, I have found a problem
into another open source project, I'm very lucky .... :-(

The following is the FreeBSD version, it's more simpler to adapt than
the GNU version, so, if you like, I will use this:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/lib/libc/stdlib/getopt.c
