Trying to add SNMP section

I'm trying to add SNMP delay pool statistics. I'm having a heck of a time
trying to figure out whats busted in my SNMP code thus far.

The correct OID (.1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.4.4.1.1) shows up during initialisation,
but my handler function (snmp_DelayInfo) is never called.

I'm trying to single-step through the SNMP MIB tree code to see why
its not picking up on my OIDs.

Does anyone have any ideas?
