Trying to find the decision for cache - yes / no

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to find in Squid where does it decide whether or not to RELEASE
or SWAPOUT the file, but i think i'm around it for a while. Does it have a
central point of decision? If not, where should i zoom in?

I've tried some debugging for store.cc and store_swapout.cc but with no luck
, so i guess i'm missing something. Please assist.
