I'm not up to scratch on which of the remaining projects are fully
obsolete and which may have useful data to hang on to.

If those of you who have been part of the project back when CVS was
still the VCS for Squid-3 could go through and a) remove the really
obsolete project summaries, or b) tell me what needs removing, that
would be a great help.
