here it is for AIX 5.3

and AIX 6.1, because AIX 5.3 hosts will likely be replaced by AIX 6.1
before AIX 5.3 end of support in the upcoming years
(this one also use IBM XL C/C++ 10.1.0.3 instead of 8.0.0.13)

I just tried to compile on AIX 6.1 with IBM XL C/C++ 10.1.0.3 to see what
I get
same issues with the comments (fixed)
same issue with the inline (kept static int)
same issue with the linker

Making all in src
