Ok.

And to keep on track wrt 2936 there is two issues in that bug

a. Spurious 407 reject where none were expected. Looks like Squid
partially forgot the connection had been authenticated.

b. Bad headers on that challenge.

The main issue is the first. It's quite likely the second is a byproduct
from the unexpected state.
