2.7.STABLE9 Current Squid Benchmarks

  Hi,

 I thought I would share these benchmarks from a live squid server running 2.7
STABLE9.

CPU Intel Xeon 2GHz (dual quad-core)
RAM 8 GB
HDD 1 x 400G SAS
OS Linux
Users 55
RPS 1234
Hit Ratio Request 54.0%-53.8% , Byte 56.7%-56.9%
CPU Usage 29.86%

We handle mostly mobile HTTP traffic so small files and we are using a standard
RHEL4.6 AS 64bit with some tuning.
