FYI: bzr committers

I've updated the squid changesets system to properly handle the results of:
  bzr commit --author="name <email>"

You can now feel free to use this command line option instead of the
previously compulsory Author: entry on first line(s) of commit messages.

Both methods are accepted, but this option has better results in the
down-stream mirrors etc reflecting the real authors details.

bzr will accept multiple of these options apparently which fits well
with our changeset system.
