problems in config.file parsing

Hi all,
it seems that recent changes (maybe revno 11508?) have introduced a
bug by which the parser handles acls of any type as if it was of type
"myip" at parsing time.
Unfortunately I don't have the time to investigate further; can anyone
check this?
