It tested out fine and I have applied it for the 3.2.0.15 release.

It has been done in such a way that we now have a range of enum values
which will not produce any warning message higher than level 3 if the
checked for template is missing. MGR_INDEX is the only one at present,
but we may find need for others in the future.
