snmp wiki page need some fix

i am working a bit with snmp and i have seen in the wiki that many links
there are dead.

on the section:
Monitoring Squid with MRTG
dead links: 1 3 4 5 7 8 9
i would suggest to mark them as dead but leave the text a history or
something like that.

i also compiled a yaml file of squid MIBs for ruby SNMP (SNMP: class)
and it can be integrated into squid docs\sources.
