i needed this starter to open my mind.
for now i will use basic src ip and target url acls to restrict access
for specific service.
i will use ip level firewall such as iptables for basic restriction and
for urls in the application.

i didnt have even a clue on where to put the test and how to implement it.
now i have some basic acls structure in my mind to cache\store the
matched or unmatched acl for the session.
