Re: Build failed in Jenkins: 3.HEAD-amd64-CentOS-5.3 #2065

Hello all.

In DBG_PARSE_NOTE macro in Debug.h, it use opt_parse_cfg_only flag
which defined in global.h. Should we include global.h header file in
Debug.h to resolve this?
