AIODiskIOStrategy::callback empty?

Hi all,
  while reviewing Coverity issues, I've encoutered
AIODiskIOStrategy::callback. Its whole body is killed by a "return 0"
statement on the first line.
It's been there for ~6k revisions, I doubt it's some kind of oversight.. is it?
