squid wont start due to missing log_file_daemon.

I compiled new head from two days ago and while starting it up it would
complain:

The os is ubuntu 13.04 which squid compiled with basic build essentials.
squid 3.1.20 works just fine.
Just note that squid 3.head a while ago worked fine.
