Not yet. But most of the Harvest Cached documentation applies to Squid
as well... but some things are of course changed (for example the
access control).

No. domain ACL is a case insensitive text match against the end of the
host part in the URL. I guess that you want the SRC ACL (checking
the client address).

SRC acl accepts ranges of IP-addresses or host-names (hostnames
are translated to their main IP-address before use).

There is currently no support for domainbased client access control,
other than the possibility to specify a FQDN in the SRC ACLs).
