I've set up my squid configuration with it.cache.nlanr.net as a parent
caching server. 
Is that ok? I guess not, because I see from the hierarchy.log that a lot of 
requests are redirected on nlanr.net. 
I suppose that *.cache.nlanr.net are to be considered as the root of the
Internetional Caching System and that I should refer to a National cache
or similar. What should I do?
BTW: I did not perfectly understand the difference between a parent and a
     neighbour server. Can someone explain it to me?
