ACL Problem

Hello

I try to reduce access restrictions to our Internet Domain.
So I insert into squid.conf

acl informatik domain .informatik.uni-stuttgart.de
and
http_access allow informatik
instead of http_access allow all

Result: No Permission to access my own cache. Whats wrong?
Can You send me an example how to configure domainaccess.
