I'm been a bit stupid.. The patch is working alright!! I was mistaken
because I'm using a Squid v1.05 parent without the patch!!! So the local
Squid proxy requested it's parent for data and got the wrong answer.. I've
applied the patch to the parent and now it's functioning alright..
