cache.log gives icp errors

Hi,

I'm running Squid 1.0.5 on a Linux 1.2.13 machine. My cache.log gives me a bunch
(approx. 10 each second) of these lines:

Is this a configuration error on my system (missing something in /etc/services?)
or on my parent's cache or a bug?
