Maxconnections per user.

        Hello squid-users,
 
Is it possible to set maxconnections per user.
I am running identd on all machines.
 
We only have a 33.6 kb line so it would be nice to prevent
users from starting a lot of ftp transfers.
I have tried so set so every user has 2 maxconnections in
their preferences file for netscape but then the user raises it
or starts another netscape.
 
I will be happy if anyone has a solution for my problem.
