Continuation of aborted ftp requests

I was wondering if ftpget will "continue" an aborted ftp from
where it left off much like ncftp.

I am rather sure that it will not and obviously it is a much more
difficult situation than a single user ftp, however I think that
it may be rather useful and possibly increase performance.

Could this be a feature of a future version?
