Hmmm. why do you want to run this ?
In version 1.0.10 is a note for clean_rate:
NOTE: this option is provided only for backwards compatibility. We
recommend that you leave it disabled (i.e. set to -1). Expired
objects are removed from the cache little by little as a part of its
normal operations.
