WAN proxy

hello everyone,

we are in a big network (WAN) connected by leased lines (E1,128K,64K) and our
proxy server is located somewhere in this big network. i wanted to put up
my local proxy server that's why i installed squid 1.0.12 on my linux box.
can i still use the proxy server on the WAN from squid? if so, what are the
configs i need in squid.conf to do that?
