IP Cache Contents

I'm running Squid 1.0.13 in accelerator only mode. When using
cachemgr.cgi to display "IP Cache Contents", the fields displayed at
the bottom of the page are blank as follows:

IP Cache Contents:

Hostname Flags lstref TTL N

What information should be displayed in these fields?
