Perhaps it would be a better idea to include in the documentation a
"starting points" list of Web pages and mailing list addresses for various
groups 'round the world that are establishing hierarchies - providing
ports/hosts ready-to-go might invite unwanted peering, something clearly
not appreciated (and understandably so) by some sites.
