Problems trying to run SQUID !!!

        Hi Guys,
        I'm having some trouble to config Squid, and I think someone can
help me.
        I'm trying to run Squid in Accel Mode. But he didn't work well.

        I put Squid to run using port 80 and changed my httpd port to 8000.
        When I try to run RunAccel ou RunCache, the squid program starts,
        but with two problems.

        Squid is caching only my server domain Pages. If I call a page
        outside my page, he doesn't caches it.
        
        When I call on of the Virtual domains setted in my server
        ( ex: www.cdcj.com.br), he points to my domain server (www.marlin.com.br)
        
        Bellow, I'm sending some information of my squid.conf file.
        
        http_port 80.
        icp_port 3130
        local_domain marlin.com.br
        httpd_accel marlin.com.br: 8000
        httpd_accel_with_proxy off

Anybody can HELP me ????
