can't get result on search request

Hi,

I am experiencing problems whilest querying a search engine's
database. After submitting my request I receive the following
error message (http://www.whitepages.com.au/search.htm):

Sorry, an error in the URL address has occurred.
Please reload the search form and start again or
reload the home page to use the latest version of this site.

I have refreshed and reloaded the page several time without success.

Any ideas?
