Squid 1.1 bug reports

Old hands already know this, but the new release has probably attracted a
lot of interest from those who are new to squid.

When reporting a problem, it is a good idea, if possible, to try and provoke
the problem _after_ doing a "kill -USR2 <squid's pid>" which turns on
debugging. Then attach cache.log to the bottom of your message. This will
make the problem _so_ much easier to trace, and prevent a question and
answer session of possibilities on squid-users.
