Problem with parent proxy (fwd)

I always get a core dump when I configure this way.

I have a test machine with windows95, I want this machine to be a parent
for Squid. I installed an echo server (WSN_ECHO) on windows95 machine, and
have winproxy configured on port 3128, so I put the following on
squid.conf

cache_host ipaddress_for_win95 parent 3128 7

Is this wrong?
