No problems here (running squid 1.1.2 on solaris 2.4/SPARC)
Compiled with gcc 2.7.0
What is in the error log ?
or if squid core dumps, what does the debugger say ?

Have anybody squid-1.1* working on Solaris 2.4 for Sparc?
I can compile it but it doesn't work. I try compile with -O and
without -O gcc's optimalization.
Any ideas???
