change passwd with proxy-auth

Hi there,

When using proxy-auth so that users must authenticate themselves before
accessing the WWW, the change of password URL points to chpasswd.cgi.

[<a href=\"http://%s/cgi-bin/chpasswd.cgi\"> in errorpage.c ]

However this cgi script is not included in the squid distribution. Does
somebody know where it can be found ?
