I'm not aware of anything in the patches to cause this. More likely
causes could be:
* the filesystem has been damaged
* you changed the 'swap_level1_dirs' or 'swap_level2_dirs' settings.
Have you gone to the cache_dir and done 'du' etc. to see whats really
there?
