pragma: cache-in-any-case ?

Hi squids !

Is there a possibility of

1.) Checking whether a specific object is in the cache,
    and how old it is (Something less expensive than
    client cache_object://foo/stats/objects | grep myobject) ?

2.) If I know, that there is an object in the cache - how can I
    get it avoiding an IMS request ?
    This would be interesting, since even the IMS
    can take some minutes or time-out when there is net-traffic jam.
    Would it be a good idea to add a
pragma: from-cache
    similar to pragma: no-cache
    Or perhaps a
pragma: refresh-pattern ...
    to supply a refresh pattern for a particular request ?
