TAG: refresh_pattern

could someone send me an example or two on the use of TAG: refresh_pattern/i.

I've read Release-Notes-1.1.txt, but it doesn't include any examples for us
who are techincally challenged.

A goal I'd like to set is maximize object life in the cache.
