What Multicast ICP?

Greetings,

I read a Release-Notes-1.1.txt at Squid-1.1.6, and have gotten
interested in ICP queries over multicast.

Does anybody use a multicast already? If so, please let us know how to
use multicast or your experience, or show us the pointer(URLs).
