Your Squid has attempted to allocate more memory than it is allowed or that is
avaliable. Try 1.1.6 or lower cache_mem in squid.conf.

If you are running Squid-1.1.6 there should be no need to do this, as Squid
uses setrlimit() to overcome this problem.
